      This is a public but intentionally curated event. Only those who have signed up in advance will be admitted. Please don’t bring additional guests unless they’ve also signed up.

    • Bring Something to Share
      Every guest must bring something to contribute to the table—food, drinks, craft supplies, magazine, etc. Let’s keep the spirit generous and creative.

    • Food Guidelines

      No meat or fish.

      If your dish includes dairy, eggs, or nuts, please notify the organizer upon arrival so that appropriate signs can be added for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies.

    • Respect the Space
      Treat the space and each other with care. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves and help maintain a welcoming, peaceful environment.

    • Kindness & Consent
      This gathering is a place for inspiration, not interrogation. Be mindful, don’t interrupt others while they’re speaking or creating, and always ask before photographing anyone or their work.

    • No Selling or Soliciting
      This is a non-commercial event. Please do not use the gathering as a space to promote or sell products or services.

    • Substance-Free
      This event is alcohol and substance-free. Let’s stay present with each other.

    • Come As You Are
      This is a picnic for all kinds of artists. No performance pressure, no need to prove anything. We welcome every background, every identity, and every level of experience. All ethnicities, genders, and LGBTQ+ are deeply welcome and safe here.
