1. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, videos, workbooks, audio recordings, and digital materials, is the intellectual property of Paper Saints and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or repurposed without written permission.

2. Payments & Refunds
All purchases, including digital products, masterclasses, event tickets, in person workshops and coaching programs, are final sale. We do not offer refunds. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Coaching Disclaimer
Our offerings are educational and inspirational in nature. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. Results are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual effort and engagement.

4. Code of Conduct
Paper Saints is a sacred, inclusive space. We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior in any format—digital or in-person, including live events, workshops or retreats. We reserve the right to remove any client or participant violating this principle without refund.

5. Access and Delivery
You will receive access to digital products via email upon purchase. For coaching programs, you'll receive clear onboarding instructions and timelines. It is your responsibility to ensure your email and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling
For 1:1 mentorship or live sessions, cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is offered within the agreed timeframe, but cannot extend the overall contract period.

7. Modifications
Paper Saints reserves the right to modify or discontinue offerings at any time. When possible, you will be notified of major changes in advance.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, United States.

9. Volunteering
From time to time, Paper Saints may offer opportunities for community contribution or volunteering. These roles are optional and subject to their own agreements or terms, depending on the nature of the initiative.
